Trading Inquiries

Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

If you have a trading query, you can submit it using the Online Trading Query Form. Please note that all trading enquiries must be logged with us as soon as possible after the issue has occurred.



Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to responding to your trading query within 48 hours. You will receive a full explanation of the circumstances and the results after we have investigated your query.

Formal Complaint

The resolution process may take up to 2 months.

You can submit a complaint at any point during your trading experience with us if you feel that our service has not met your satisfaction. Whether a trading query or any other issue has not been addressed, or if you wish to submit a formal complaint at the beginning or later, you can do so by completing the Online Complaint Form.

Please ensure all fields on the Online Complaint Form are completed. During the review process, we may request additional information or documents. Your cooperation will help us provide feedback as soon as possible.

The process we will follow in handling your complaint is as follows

  • Receipt of your complaint

    You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint within 5 days, along with a URN for all future communications regarding the complaint's investigation.

  • Resolving your complaint

    We will strive to resolve your complaint within 2 months of receiving it. However, please note that our full review will not exceed 3 months of receiving it.

If we can't complete our investigation within 2 months, we'll let you know the reasons for the delay. We'll respond to your complaint within 3 months of receiving it.
