SCapfx as a regulated investment firm, takes all complaints very seriously. In accordance with regulations, we have established a Clients Complaints Handling Policy, which includes this mandatory form. Once we receive a completed complaint form, we will conduct a thorough investigation of the issues raised with the utmost priority. A full and final response will be provided within six weeks from the date the complaint is submitted.
